Originally making wines for friends and family the Virant’s wanted to open a winery to the public while still keeping the same friendly relaxed atmosphere. Members of the Virant family still run the winery to this day. Anyone else that works there is a resident of the close-knit community of Harpersfield, not to mention it is the place the whole neighborhood likes to hang out on Friday nights to gather for steak dinners. Come join the fun! As soon as you walk in the door you can feel the sense of community, the place kind of feels like home. Photos of neighborhood kid’s baseball teams and old family photos decorate the walls.
