Eyering Wetlands Metropark is an Ashtabula County Metropark that was opened in October 2017. Eyring Wetlands was the 5th Ashtabula County Metropark to open to the public since the 2014 park levy was passed. It is located in Geneva Ohio on 52 acres that were donated by conservationist Don Eyring. The Property was once a cornfield and dairy farm that was converted to wetlands over the years by Eyring and his colleagues, naturalist Herb Janke and biology professor Dr. Ed Hauser of Lakeland Community College.

Opened in 2014 Hundley Cellars is a relatively new winery in the grand river valley wine region but quickly became a favorite among locals and visitors alike. This winery is housed in a renovated farmhouse and it surely makes you feel at home.
Hogback Ridge is a 629 acre park located in Madison Ohio, it is bordered by the Grand River and Mill Creek. The park is named Hogback Ridge because it is on a high narrow ridge of land bordered on two sides by steep valleys making the ridge resemble the spine of a hog. The park boasts a 1,300-foot wheelchair accessible boardwalk and overlook deck that offers scenic views year round. Theres are also miles of gravel and natural trails in this massive park that lead to all kinds different views and terrains so you can explore a new part of the park you have never experienced every time you come here.
This massive rocking chair is located about a mile off interstate 90 on rt.45 in rural Austinburg, Ohio. This chair is down the road from multiple hotels, major gas stations, and fast food joints making it a fun little detour if you happen to find yourself on I-90 passing Austinburg on your next road trip. Nothing like stretching your legs after hours of driving by climbing up a giant rocking chair (don’t worry it doesn’t actually rock).

Originally making wines for friends and family the Virant’s wanted to open a winery to the public while still keeping the same friendly relaxed atmosphere. Members of the Virant family still run the winery to this day. Lanterman’s Mill is a 172-year-old grist mill located in Youngstown, Ohio. It is one of Mahoning county’s most historic landmarks. The mill was built between 1845-1846 by German Lanterman & Samuel Kimberly.
